Problems with live audio/video chat in Msn Messenger live

When I try to make a video call when connected to MSn messenger live I get
the following error.
"Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x80ef01e8)"

I am using Vista Home Premium 64bit and Logitech Quickcam Pro5000

Any help to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to have an audio/video conversation with a contact.
