problems with media center after kb950126 update

After the recent media center update for Vista, my playback hangs towards the
end of playing back recorded tv and pressing the stop button leaves a blank
screen when it used to return to the recorded tv screen.

Anyone else have problems with this update or know any solutions? Better yet
anyone know how to get support for this? I tried emailing and got a generic
reply which clearly showed the person didnt know what i was talking about.

Since this is a reliability/useability update, MS does not offer free
support for issues
associated with it nor a readily available link to report issues
associated with it.

Good point. I should try uninstalling since i had no issue prior to the
kb950126 update. I wasnt affected by the "This update addresses a blank
screen issue that occurs when you switch between full-screen mode and
windowed mode while you play videos." and everything worked fine.

Hopefully rolling it back will allow it to function properly again.
