problems with msn7.5

hi,

since wlm isn't able to go thru my proxy at work, i have no choice but to
install msn7.5. the thing is, when i get disconnected from msn and when it
automatically signs me back in, i can see all my contacts online...but my
status is offline to them. sometimes after signing-in, i cant see anyone -
all my contacts are offline. when these 2 incident happen, i always have to
sign out and exit completely and sign in back again.

anyone know why is this happening and what's the workaround? thanks! xD

As for you not being able to see your contacts at time I don't know why this
is, but your maybe appearing offline as for it being set to appear offline to
contacts.

Look on the front before you sign in an you should see soming to do with
your status when your email is entered.

Just like Windows live Messenger.

Hi,

Nope, my status is always set to 'Online' whenever I sign-on msn (at the
front part, as you mentioned), it's not appear offline.

How do you do a clean uninstallation of MSN 7.5?
