Problems with outlook and powerpoint after windows updates today

After my automatic updates this morning I've experienced two problems:

1) My outlook pst file was moved back to its default location (I had moved
it to a mail folder in My Documents), and Outlook could no longer find it.
I've had to re-import all my mail back into Outlook.

2) I can no longer access clipart in Powerpoint. I've tried all the
proposed fixes described elsewhere but none works.

Did this happen to anyone else? I've done a virus scan and it didn't find
anything.
