problems with page links

Since most recent update version 7.0 pages are not displaying correctly, nor
do some of the links operate. On two different websites I have attempted to
add to a shopping cart, but when I try to display the cart nothing shows.
This was after I received a confirmation that the item I chose had been
added. Additionally, on a third website, none of the link options were
showing, though I could see and use them on my computer at work. Any help or
guidance would be most appreciated. Even the Windows Update page which
supposedly checks your computer for most recent updates doesn't respond.
