Problems recognizing dual tv tuners with Vista Windows Media Cente

I have a Dell E521 desktop using Vista with Windows Media Center and dual TV
tuners installed. Although both cards are cabled to my service provider, the
set up will only recognize a tv signal in one port although it detects a
tuner on both ports. I can use the TV and record but cannot watch one
channel and record on a different channel.

I have tried all combinations of connecting cables. I spoke to Dell who
could not provide any answers. I am wondering if anyone else has encountered
this and found a solution.

Thanks

It obviously would have been easier, and neater, if you got a dual-tuner
TV-card instead.

If you do not get any answers in here, there are more specialised forums you
could try. I post at three or four, but the one I can think of at the
moment is The Green Button.

I had to have my two TV tuner cards in the first two slots of the
motherboard in order to get them both to work properly.
