PROBLEMS SYNCING OUTLOOK / VISTA WITH TREO 700 PDA PHONE

Please help

I have a new computer with Vista. there are some compatibility issues with
syncing my treo 700 with outlook 2007 on my computer.

i spoke to treo hotline with sprint. they guided me to download the beta
version of hot sync manager that is compatible with vista along with drivers
and conduits. i also ran these applications.

at the end, it didn't work. i can't sync my outlook with my phone. now my
phone is blank and has no contacts or calendar info.

please help. the sprint hotline said they did all they can do and that i
should contact microsoft.

Any error messages? Were you able to sync previously? Have you contacted the
manufacturers about the issue?
