Problems with Ultimate Extras

I have three PCs with Vista Ultimate on them but two of them say "There are
no Windows Ultimate Extras available" the other one downloaded Texas holdem
and the Bitlocker update.

All three have activated, all three are unique licences. Any ideas why the
other two won't download them??

Fixed it by turining off and then back on Microsoft update.
