I just got Windows Vista home basic for my new Computer, and it got
aktivated, then I switched Harddisk and I used MaxBlast to klone the disk to
the new one and I formated the old disk starting windows installation again,
so then my system booted from the faster disk but then I got a message that
this key is used already, so I need help to aktivate windows again,

Hello,

yes, activate it again over phone, it will work perfectly and it's easy.
That's normal, on every major hardware change, you'll have to reactivate.

That's not a "problem;" that's the way it should work. The Product Key
*is* already in use. It's in use by you, because of your initial
Activation on the first hard drive.

Simply follow the on-screen instructions to activate by telephone.
There is no charge.
