Problems with Windows 2003 SP1

Hello All,
We have multiple hosting servers with windows 2003 installed on them.
Although Updates are configured to be installed after checking but we might
have got SP1 installed on one of them, and after a reboot it seems that the
server is not coming back up, but is constantly rebooting , is there a known
problem with SP1 for windows that does this ? If not any ideas why this
would happen?
