Problems with Windows Live 8.5

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to fix this problem. I am using
Window Live 8.5 and when I try to talk to people who has Yahoo messenger it
will work for a lil while then it will come back and say messages
undeliverable. This only happens with people with yahoo or it show them
offline when they are actually online. When I go to Tool, Options, and
connections it say UPnP Port Restricted NAT. (User)...What does this mean. I
have disable my firewall and made sure UPnP is enabled on my Linksys wireless
router and still no luck. Like i said it is just with sending people messages
that have yahoo. I am running Windows Vista on my computer. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing. Can anyone help or know
what I can do to fix this. If so please respond or email me at

There have been server problems lately relating to what you're saying. Additionally,
communication with Yahoo has never been completely reliable. If you regularly speak to Yahoo
contacts, I'd suggest that you just use the Yahoo client instead to talk to them.

Your UPnP status really won't affect this.
