Problems with Windows Live ID and other programs

I am having problems with running a program that transfers music files from
my computer to a smartphone (the program is Sony's Disc2Phone). When I try to
run this program, a Windows Live ID window appears. When I either try to
close the window or enter my Windows Live ID, the Disc2Phone program and the
Windows Live ID freeze and crash. this is highly irritating...would
appreciate any help.

I've got the same problem. Have you found the solution yet? I'd be
very grateful if anyone could tell me what to do.

I am also having the same problem, has anyone got the solution to Sony
disc2phone software and the annoying problems of the windows live
box!!!!
