Problems with Windows Live Mail

Does anyone have a fix for these?

1) How can I make my contacts visible as part of the Inbox panel as I could
in OE? It now takes 2-3 clicks to send an email to a specific contact.

2) How can I Send/Recieive (check my mail) on demand? I cant find any
command to check my mail when I want to.

3) Although I verified my email address with Live Mail at least three times
(following the instructions in the email they sent), it still tells me I have
an unverified email address.

4) Why did the import command not import my Groups (now Categories)?

1) It's not possible to have Contacts displayed on the left (the OE way).

2) The Send/Receive button is now called Sync.

3) Hotmail/Live account issues should be handled via
http://windowslivehelp.com

4) It's a limitation of the import/export process.

You should try to just type.
Ctrl + N opens a compose email with the cursor in the To field.
Start typing a name or address. Four letters will produce a short list.
Click on the address wanted.

4. Import from where(OE, WM, WLM ???)
