Problems with Windows Update Site

I recently formatted and installed Windows 2000 and I am unable to get any
updates. I have received this message: Windows Update has encountered an
error and cannot display the requested page. Error>0x800C0005
Can anyone help me?

Error 0x800C0005 & Error 0x8004005
Register the following .dll files:-

1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. At the command prompt, type the following commands. Press ENTER after each line:
regsvr32 Softpub.dll
regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
regsvr32 Initpki.dll
3. Click OK.
4. Restart your computer.
