also if you google your exact message, you'll find some info on that error
message, but it's seems pretty technical, so try the above xpsp2 help chat
link unless the wordage in the links google pulls up doesn't seem too
technical to you.
Assuming your PC is compatible isn't a good way to proceed. There are
'many' programs, drivers, and one type of processor I've heard of so far,
that aren't compatible. Check "all" your programs and devices for
compatibility, and of course have up to date antiviral/firewall platform in
place and scanning regularly, and a updated spyware removal program
running/udating it frequently. Always update antispyware removal tool
before scanning.
