Windows XP SP2 will block pictures that have certain
properties, primarily a cookie attached.

See the Security Center on the Control Panel. You can
change the setting, You should see a small line of text
just below the menu bar area that will say something to the
effect, "pictures blocked, change settings...click here to
show pictures"

Hi Krono, have you see this article:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=878461
Pictures do not appear as expected, or you receive an error message when you
open an HTML file on a Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer

Krono, as the articles says, use at your own discretion.

Did you check in IE, under Tools, Internet Options,
Advanced Tab
Under Multimedia, do you have Show pictures checked?

Just a thought.

Hi Krono, perhaps it might be time to try the IE Newsgroup for further
suggestions

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/e...&lang=en&cr=US

State what OS you're using etc and what you've already tried.
