Problen installing Activesync 4.1

Hi I am trying to install activesync 4.1 but cannot install when I double
click on setup I get and click run after that I het another window with the
title
InstallShield with items like
Command line parameters:
/L language ID
/ S Hide intialization...
etc I am only typing 1st 2 lines.

I am doing anthing wrong ?
