Probs with Internet explorer

i have the latest version of internet explorer but have been having real
problems with it lately. Some pages wont load & i dont understand why? I have
other browsers but need internet explorer to update my comp. I have tried
various registry programs & scanned for viruses & used a spyware prog but
nothing seems to sort iy...wot can i do to get it to work properly...PLEASE
HELP!
