Procedure to turn off a Passive/Active cluster running SQL enterpr

Hi I'm running an Active/Passive cluster 2003 and SQL 2005 enterprise set up
to run on the cluster. Can anybody tell me the correct way to close down the
two nodes please.

Generally, just shut down the passive node and then shut down the active
node. Following this order avoids an unnecessary additional resource
failover from the active to the passive if you reverse the order.
