Is there some program that uses hooks e.g. to indicate an icon or whatever
in each program, showing that this program is in elevated state (has admin
rights)?

Thx in advice

Not sure what you are asking, but you can right click on the program (in
Program Files or Program Files (86)) and find the .exe for your program,
right click, select properties then compatibility and you will see the
Privilege Level where you can check or uncheck 'Run this program as an
administrator'
Right click on the shortcut for the program and select open file location
for a quick way to get there.
