I've recently started my journey to using Vista. I'm wondering if this is a
known bug has anyone else had this problem? In my case, the program was
Frostwire. I completely exited the program but there was 4 instances of it
running in the processes tab. However, the program wasn't running under the
Applications tab so I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I also
tried the program ProcessExplorer using the "Kill Process Tree" and that
didn't work either. The only way to make it go away was to restart the
computer. Any help would be appreciated. I'm using Vista Ultimate w/2gb of
ram and all the updates.

Thanks in advance.

This would apparently be a bug in Frostwire. You should contact their
tech support.
