Processor, Memory not available

Recently I found that the Control Panel, Sytem do not show Processor and
Memory. Both show "Not Available". I got some information on the google but
none of them solve the problem. I am requesting your help to fix this
problem.

The first thing to try would be to download and install most recent
version of the motherboard chipset drivers from the computer 'sor
motherboard's manufacturer's web site.

The motherboard is Asus P5E3 Premium and installed the latest updates.

Just to fix and find out the problems of this problem I installed Window XP
and now my machine has dual boot, I edited "bcdedit" too. I have now to
operating system. On Window XP the Processor and Memory are available so the
problem is the Vista. Other people also having similar problems but I could
not find a solution for me to fix this problem. Still I am trying to get
some help.
