This is the copy of the system error log, it happens every time I boot up
and there are loads of postings on the Technet web page but NO answers or
fixes and a deafening silence from Microsoft. It seems to be a common fault
with SP1 and before anyone says it, there isn't the option to uninstall SP1
in my programs folder or updates folder.

If you don't have your PC set to automatically restart after errors then a
blue screen follows at some point.

System is pentium 4 dual core 3 ghz 2gb ram 32 bit and vista ultimate , all
drivers and updates are up to date.

If anyone from Redmond reads this please respond with only sensible answers
and not the one I got recently about another problem with Vista, quote "
this is beyond the scope of the company please clean install your system
and see if that resolves the issue". It did but now this event keeps
happening.

Usually you have to tick the box that says...show updates.
From the verbage of the error, it sounds like the hardware maker needs to
release a newer version of the firmware, or MS needs to get their act
together and quit breaking things.
