A Client of mine got a brand new dell server 6 month ago with Windows 2003
Enterprise edition loaded on it. Everything has been going great with it
until now. They have not done anything with the server for the past couple of
month except for regular windows updates. They have gotten hit with a couple
of virus but it looks like the anti-virus program has been working. After the
last round of updates they restated the computer as the last item of the work
day. To come in the next day to this product must be activated before you can
continue. I have try going into safe mode but all I get is this message with
the option yes to register, when I press on this option it says "This product
is aready registered". I click on ok and it takes me back to the log on
screen. If I hit option no it take me back the log on screen.

The only way I can get any where to try to fix this the safe mode command
prompt. What can I do to get out of this endless loop? I have try the few
thing in the news groups that address this and none of them work.

Reboot to Safe Mode:
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu

Start/Run
Type "regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll" ENTER
Type "regsvr32.exe licdll.dll" ENTER

Reboot.
Activate again
Reboot

Otherwise try the Server newsgroups:
