I've reinstalled Vista Home Premium X64 OEM and when I try to activate it
says that the product key is in use and I therefore cannot activate. This is
the fourth reinstall on the same system. Is there a way to activate?

Hi,

Use the phone option. Try the automated system, and if that fails simply
hold on the line to get a real person.

Use the phone option during activation.
If you haven't changed the motherboard, then you should be able to
re-activate by phone quickly.

It's in use by you, because of your initial Activation. Simply
follow the on-screen instructions to activate by telephone.

More importantly, why are you having to reinstall the OS so frequently?
What hardware problems are you experiencing that are causing this need?
