Hi, I've recently bought a new Medion Tower complete with Vista but whenever
I try to enter my proudct key for Office it rejects it, I've written it down
many times and it just refuses my product key. Its a 25 alphunumeric key that
I found on a label on the back of my tower with Microsoft written on it.

Thanks Tom

Hello Tom,

On the machine normally is the key for Vista, so check the label if it is
really for Office. If yes, just contact MS support, they will help you.

Best regards

Sounds like you are typing in the Vista OS key, not the Office key.
Check your Office packaging for the correct key

Hi,

The Product Key on the tower likely is for Windows Vista, not Office. You
will need to check your documentation that came with the system as to the
location of an Office key. You may have a trial version that requires the
purchase of a key.
