Profile corrupted

Hello,
I'm no more able to set my personal message (when I set it nothing changes)
and see my contacts online (until I delete them and then reinsert). I used
the online tool (http://www.msngeeks.com/index.php?page=listrebuilder) but
nothing changed. I wrote an email to MSN messenger support but nobody
respond.

Do I have to switch to Skype ?
