'Program Files' permissions?

I keep having trouble with installations and I'm wondering whether it's
something to do with permissions of my 'Program Files' folder- I have listed
current permissions for my 'Program Files' folder and wonder whether someone
could confirm that they are correct?

Creator Owner = Special Permissions
System = Special Permissions
Administrators = Special Permissions
Users = Read & Execute, List Folder Contents, Read
TrustedInstaller = List Folder Contents, Special Permissions

Yep, that appears to be correct. When installing, you should be using
elevated privileges to create the necessary folders in the Program Files
directory.
