Program folder autostarts

After performing windows update, installing explorer7 and restarting the
computer, the c:\program folder autostarts. Why and how do I correct this?

Could someone please look at this? It is really anoying to see the folder
"program files" everytime windows restarts. Of course I have already looked
in autostart and in msconfig but I can't see any problems. The fault occured
the first time after I run windows update and installed exploer7.
