In Windows Vista, the default application is actually Windows Defenders
Software explorer, in addition to different components such as MSCONFIG
utility. The user can also manage and add items to be start up by editing
the Startup folder:
Go to C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windo ws\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup
