Program Icons not appearing?

Alot of programs I have installed do not show the icons that they shoul

they normally look like this

Is that for all programs or just a one in particular?

It's possible that a program you installed at some point as changed the
defaults for the icons embedded within an EXE file.

Does your Registry for EXE files match the following:
