Program Option Page

When I turned on my computer I saw there was an upgrade for Windows. This is
not unusual so I upgraded my Windows files. Once the upgrade was finished
installing, the computer said it needed to be restarted. I restarted the
computer and when it got to the desktop there was an error message which
states:

"Could not locate a valid definitions file. Please go to the Program Options
page and click "Update Definitions" to download a definitions file."

I am not sure what this page is or how to find it. I did a search in Vista
and came up with nothing. I looked in the program file where you uninstall
programs but have not found it. Could someone who knows what it is I am
looking for tell me how to get there? Thank you in advance.
