Program to remove WindowsUpdate Uninstall files from WinSxS folder

Why doesn't Microsoft provide a program for removing older WindowsUpdate
Uninstall files from the WinSxs folder? They certainly are capable of doing
this, since they provided VSP1Cln to remove the SP1 uninstall files after SP1
was installed for Vista. Also once SP1 is installed, it doesn't make sense
to keep uninstall files for those windowupdates installed previous to SP1.

Did anyone solved that problem ???!!!!!
