Programs "Run As" missing

How can i use the XP's feature to "Run As" using Shift-Right Click on
programs to run on a different user's enviroment (Especially important for IT
Admins)

Oh, and without the use of the Command line Program: "Runas.exe" because it
require entering password manually.

This function is no longer available. Instead, "run as administrator" has
replaced "run as". Run as administrator works similar to Run As when you are
logged in as a standard user - it will ask you which user account to run the
program in the context of.

However, if you are logged in as an administrator, the default action is to
just prompt for permission without requiring authentication. This behavior
can be changed using group policy.

Yes, but this is a big problem
For allmost anyone that uses the "Run As" is an administrator
and i want to use some programs as a different user but most of the features
as an administrator - Pretty understandable.

Yes, this is tricky. Vista is set up to allow the opposite - using one user
for most features and then run as / elevating to an administrator account
for some programs.

I think you should be able to get Run As Administrator to operate (pretty
much) the same way XP's Run As did by modifying group policy, but this would
also affect UAC dialogs, so it would force administrators to re-authenticate
every time they opened an administrative tool, which is probably not
something you desire.

I guess a "propper" solution will have to come from a third-party in the
form of a shell extension (or maybe power toy? would be a good idea for
one).
