Programs started at start-up

Is there a way to see a list of all programs that are started at start-
up? I use two tweaker applications that show some of them but not all
- it seems that some start at start-up but don't show on the lists. Is
there a way to see all processes run after booting or rebooting
Windows? Is it possible to remove them?
