Yes, the downloaded file is a zipped file. I download it to a file called
"Real Estate" and then double click on it in that folder. It extract the
files into the real estate folder so I end up with a zipped file, another
file named the same thing as the zipped file but not zipped any more, and an
icon that says it's an application, but when I click it, instead of opening
the application, it seems to unzip again to somewhere. It goes so fast I
can't see where it's going. I never had this problem on my other computer
with Windows XP.
