Project 2003 SP2 Upgrade Error Code: 0x80072EFE

I have tried to upgrade Project 2003 to Service Pack 2 but get Error Code:
0x80072EFE
I have followed 'Find Solutions' to no avail.
Any assistance would be appreciated?

I have exactly the same problem but no solution, can anyone help please?

Yes, I too have the same ploblem and coulden't find any solution anywhere
else on the forum. A professional's reply will be appreciated.

I have now received a professional reply after contacting Micosoft, I had to
install Ad-Aware SE personal, which is free. I then ran that and removed 36
objects of spyware, I was also advised to run Trend Micro which I did and it
revealed nothing. Then I turned off all firewalls and virus protection (this
was not recommended but I did it anyway in case there was some confilict) and
tried the update again, after another two tries when I got the same error
message, it finally worked on the third attempt.

I have same problem too. The download did not complete. The error message is
0x80072EFE. Can I have the method to fix it?
