Promp for restart does not go away and ther are no updates

I have 2 computers now that continually ask to be restarted even though they
have been rebooted 20 times each. They keep saying there are updates
available yet no updates are there. When I try to get them to get new
updates they tell me that AU cannot detect any updates because a reboot is
pending. Here is a sample of the log from today - I rebooted many times -
any help is greatly appreciated:

Since the system is obtaining updates from WSUS you should contact
