I just got a computer that has Vista. I am having a hard time installing
programs etc because the prompt screens that ask me something are opening
behind the active window. Meanwhile I am waiting for the program to due
something & it is waiting for me to answer a question that I did not realize
was there. Is there some setting I can change so I see these screens in
front.

It might be an issue with the program running under Vista because it was not
designed to run correctly under Vista and support the new user privileges in
Vista. The best recommendation would be to open the Program disk in
Computer, right click the setup executable and click 'Run as Administrator'.
