I recently installed some Security Updates from the Windows Update site, and
I believe one of them is causing problems on our Exchange server. What is the
proper method of uninstalling these updates?

I'm able to boot into Windows, but I would also appreciate information on
removing updates assuming I can't boot into Windows.

Thanks.

Mark;
Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel
Find the appropriate update, double click and follow prompts to uninstall.
Only updates with an uninstall option will be displayed in Add/Remove
Programs, if they are not, go to the top and check the box "Show updates"

If there is no uninstall option, either the update was not designed to be
uninstalled or someone has delete the uninstall files.
In this case a System Restore is the correct method.

Thanks. How about if I can't get Windows to start as a result of a bad
update, is there a KB article that walks you through this?

Thanks again.

Same goes for Win2k and Win2k3 I would think.
