Everytime I start Windows this window shows up:

Propiedades de System

General

System

Type: Aplication
Origin: S-1-5-21-5311846712-4121495154-682003330-5111
Size: 0 bytes

Eliminated: Today, ...date...
Created:

Then I can; Restore, Accept or Cancel

What should I do? I have no idea what this means!

I have Windows Vista, Windows Office 2007, and my computer is a Dell Vostro
1310

Thanks a lot!
