Provisoning URL and domain

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to pre-fill the URL and the domain when configuring
OTA sync.

I've been looking around, found lots of things but nothing very
understandable!

Has anybody ot some infos on that and/or an exemple xml file for setting it?
