I Purchased The Windows Genuine Advantage Kit from Microsoft but..

      08-13-2009
I downloaded the "KeyUpdateTool_unv.ece, then nothing happened. I expected
to see the instruction to Run the Scanner but it never came on.
I have my new Product Key but I can't enter it. What am i doing wrong?
