In the Common Files subdirectory of my Program directory,
I fin a Pure Networks folder. The softweare, utilitym or
whatever it is, is loaded when I boot Vista.

I have disabled it, of course. It cannot be removed using
Vista's Control Panel. But i am seeking advice prior to
deleting the folder.

TIA

It's something that often gets installed along with AOL. It should have an
uninstaller in Program Files & Features. If not, look inside its program
folder for an uninstaller.

Id does not appear in Program Files & Features, and I cannot find an
uninstaller.
What seems odd is that everything seems to reside in Common Files.

I will check the registry to see if it appears there.

Thanks.
