I've been told to push the following updates using WSUS:

MS07-008, MS07-009 and MS07-016

I downloaded the updates but they are all .exe files. How do I use WSUS to
push them out?

TIA,

Clayton

P.S.: I wrote an iTunes podcast tutorial and just want to publicize it.
You can find it at: http://www.nikoli.net/itunepod

Thanks for your input Bear, but there is no newsgroups with that name (at
least it's not in my list of Microsoft Newsgroups):

microsoft.public.windows.server.update_services

WSUS should download the updates itself, (in its own format) and then clients
can connect to the WSUS server and download the updates.

Then you should use the msnews server instead of the one you are
posting through.

Since you use OE you should be able to click on the following link
and it will create a new news account for you. You may need to do
some customizing of it before posting to it.

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...pdate_services
