I don't think you can really. The bounce in this case doesn't happen from the client, but
happens from the server. Given the huge size of Hotmail e-mail accounts (assuming you're
using Hotmail), this probably won't happen for a long, long time.
What exactly are these messages that are coming in? Depending on what they are, you may be
able to have Hotmail or Windows Mail sort through them and only show you the ones you really
care about (assuming that's the problem).
