QChain for Uninstalls?

Fond Qchain to do multiple installs. I need to uninstall 21 Windows Updates
from a server. Everything I looked at for QChain said Installs and I didn't
see a parameter that told it to uninstall. Is the a tool similar to QChain
that uninstalls multiple updates?

Not to my knowledge. You'll have to perform the task manually.
