qmgrproxy.dll failed

Load Library("qmgrproxy.dll")failed - The specified module cannot be found.
regsvr32qmgr.dll loaded fine.

now what? Just trying to run update on SP2. SP2 loaded fine, now I cannot
access update...

Go to Start, Run, type this in

services.msc

Click OK or press Enter. Right click Background Intelligent Transfer
Services in the right frame, choose Properties ... if you're doing
the update manually set the Startup type to Manual . If you're
doing the update automatically, set it to Automatic. Click Apply,
then OK to make the setting stick.
