query about User Folders.

my vista user account name is Neerav
i know how to shift all the various folders in the private folder Neerav to
a customised location but i want that whenever i make a new folder 'or file'
in Neerav
it automatically gets saved in D:\User Folders\Neerav and not in
C:\Users\Neerav. how to do it?

Unless you create the new folder within a folder you already folder
redirected with group policies I don't think it is supported by Microsoft. If
you want ALL profile data to d: I would change the %userprofile% variable for
that user.
