I've noticed that my computer automatic shut the computer off and I was
wondering if somehow that I might have set up in my computer somewhere
without realizing it. Can anyone help me on this? I'll be reading
something and before I know it, the computer turn it self off. I turned it
back on and it works fine.

Go to Computer | Properties | Advanced System Settings | Advanced Tab |
Startup and Recovery Settings

Remove the check from Automatically Restart

If your computer is crashing you will be presented with a blue screen. Write
down the 1st few lines of information exactly as presented. You can use it
for trouble shooting.

If the computer shuts down without a blue screen you likely have an over
heating problem.

I don't have any right now that I know of. I was wondering my anti-virus
may have something to do with it.
